All purchases require immediate payment through paypal.

Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and dispatched on the same day of purchase for all orders made before 12pm. All orders made after 12pm will be dispatched the next day.             

We do offer a next day guaranteed delivery service which you can select when paying for your order. Next day delivery is available on all order placed before 4pm.

Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. No pickups are permitted.

Faulty Goods 
We only sell new items, and all orders are checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty please contact us through eBay communications and we email details on how to return your item for an exchange or full refund.

Returns Policy
We have an excellent 30 day return policy. If for any reason you need to return an item please return to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. We regret that postage and packing will not be refunded. We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or are unsuitable for exchange. These items must be returned to us postage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt. We are pleased to offer free postage on all first replacement exchanges. We suggest you use a trackable service to return the goods to us as all goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received. All exchanges are subject to stock and if we do not have the item you want to exchange for we will issue a full refund.
