Alternative priority postage services are available at an additional charge.

👉🏼Worldwide orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's Airmail Priority service at an additional charge for 5-10 Working Days

EXCHANGE & RETURN

MC character clothing operate a 30 day returns policy (after the day the item is received) under the terms of the Distance Selling Regulations.

👉🏼We recommend a tracked service for returned items as any that are lost in transit will not be refunded.

👉🏼Items returned must be in the same condition as received, including packaging. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.

👉🏼 Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. 

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the returned item.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 7 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement Including postage and packaging.

In the unlikely event of a package going missing, Royal Mail instructs that both the sender and the receiver must allow 15 working days to pass before a report of a lost package can be made.
